i’ve been in spain for what will be 3 weeks tomorrow. i got wifi today. the installers put a gnarly hole in the wall and covered it with a piece of paper and plaster. let’s hope the landlady won’t notice.
we’re back in bizness babies.
twin peaks (the band) came on shuffle as i began writing this. just like they would have been when I moved to this country for the first time 7 years ago. the cycles stay comin’ huh? this is not a welcome back letter. but i’ve missed you, ANTIREADER, and the way this space we’ve co-created helps regulate me. hopefully helping me move better through the world… but who knows if it actually does.
so you wanna recap? some of you reached out and were very lovely after my last post. words can’t adequately express the gratitude it filled me with. you know who you are. at the beginning of this move i felt unhinged. it was one thing after another in a way i don’t think i’ve experienced yet. neat! to experience things you haven’t yet, though i sure as hell wouldn’t have said that at the time. 2 days after landing i got sick for the first time in 3 years. i guess my brain couldn’t handle my body also breaking down. so it gOoes. . .
